Once you have entered the introductions area you will see the words Post new on the top & bottom left hand side of the board, click on this & when the new post screen comes up enter your intro & then click Send. Don't forget to enter a title & when a member of the admin team comes online you will be given permission to view & post on the rest of the forum thumbs up
